In an age where video games have become an integral part of daily life, this presentation embarks on a journey to explore the complex relationship between casual video games, gaming motivation, eye tracking and emotional facial expressions. Accessible across multiple platforms, casual games have not only become an important facet of modern entertainment, but also sparked research initiatives such as Game4Change and Game for Health, driven by their potential to positively impact individuals’ lives. The focus of this research is to understand how casual games such as Snake and Card Memory Game affect players’ moods and motivation. Moverover, the present work uses the power of artificial intelligence to monitor players’ emotional facial expressions during gameplay. In addition, the presentation incorporates eye tracking techniques and delves into other psychological variables to provide a comprehensive analysis of players’ focus points within these games. This presentation extends beyond the realm of game research and promises to shed light on the complex psychological states of gamers. It also extends its value to the gaming industry, providing game developers with invaluable insights. These insights can empower developers to create more engaging and effective games, ultimately enhancing the holistic gaming experience for players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
